 CARDIO BOXING FOR SELF DEFENSE

If you've ever wanted to learn basic self-defense or how to box, this is the class for you.
Whether you are a first time participant, or you've trained before and are looking for a new place to workout, you'll find it here. Each class includes a section for HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and stretching for flexibility. We'll be concentrating on hand combinations, movement and footwork, physical fitness and cardio improvement. Sparring and bag work will be a consistent part of these classes. Practice with a live partner and  MMA principles will be covered with an emphasis on building self-defense skills in a variety of situations. If you are wanting to learn some skills to boost your self-confidence in the area of self-protection, this is the class for you.

CLASS TIMES and COST
 
Monday/Wednesday  evenings  6:45 - 7:30 pm   $45.00/month per person or $85.00/month for two persons 
 
Saturday Class is back beginning April 10th   10:30 - 11:15 am   $25/person or can be added to weeknight classes
